Some may look at my rating system and think I'm being too liberal with my star rating methods.

Do I think this movie is award winning? No. But there isn't an aspect of this movie that I think was done poorly.

Therefore, she gets 4-stars. You have beef with that....you know how to contact me :)

On to the review.

As I said, I look back at this movie and there is not an aspect I find lacking in any way.

Story, Person-ability, Casting, Music...I dug it all.

Basic story, high school boy ends up meeting girl....falls for girl....drama occurs....boy fights for girl....good triumphs and boy gets girl in the end.

For comedic effect, let's make girl a former porn star trying to reform her life.

Can I say genius? I can? GENIUS!

Almost everyone can connect to this movie one way or another. They either know the situation, know someone like one of the characters....etc. It's relate able.

Casting. Emile Hirsch, Elisha Cuthbert were the perfect choices for the two leads. Elisha has that great innocent sweet look and is still hot as hell too. Emile has just come forth as a great diverse rising actor. Add Timothy Olyphant has always entertained me with his roles. Every character is this movie is just superbly cast. I'd list them all, but that's why there's IMDB.

Music. I love this soundtrack. Filter, Queen, The Who.......there are no flaws musically in my mind. The music supports the story in a way I wish all other movies did.
