if you like the fifties shit, you should check out this island earth. Logan's run/barbarella if you like the pyschodellic late 60s/early 70s shit. You also need more verhoeven. And why mission to mars???

This list is not complete. But, many of them that are on here are incredibly thought provoking movies that if you enjoy sci fi, you should check them out. Also, 50's is worth a shot if you can enjoy the culture of it all.

I may have to watch mission to mars again, but I was surprised to see that and the fountain, but all the others are very worthy. I just created my top sci-fi list.
