It's an excellent movie. It's one of only two movies that ever really scared me. It's about zombies, Voodoo, and Bill Pullman getting his nuts cut off with a hammer and chisel.... Nothing short of awesome! 11/11/2008

Sounds scary!  I hope that doesn't happen to me.  I have not heard much about that movie.  I will check out the trailer. 11/11/2008

I know that this will upset some people but I thought Blair Witch Project was scary as crap when I saw it alone for the first time.  Anyone else? 10/23/2008

Candyman I don't really remember.  I remember my brother saying it was freaky as crap.  I have heard both good and bad things and I am sure age at when you saw it has a lot to do with it. 10/21/2008

I don't know if that shows your age, but it could show bad taste. :P

I love horror movies and I just could never get into the phantasm series, or hellraiser (which I put in the same category) for that matter. I do fully agree with Alex's Event Horizon pick.

Frailty was also pretty creepy. What about Candyman?

The Exorcist freaked me out when I saw it at night. Also, Ringu's pretty freaky, moreso than The Ring. Frailty was a scary experience and is usually at the top of my horror list. Audition in terms of sophisticated gore and horror is right up there too. 10/17/2008

Phantasm is hilarious- I'm not even going to get into the dimension swaaping plot, but the Tall Man is an icon as are the balls! 10/16/2008

Haven't seen or heard of that one either.  I am not a huge horror fan but I did at least make a list ;)  Though some would argue that many are not "scary" but you be the judge.
