I looked through the "Help and FAQ" section, maybe I missed the Contact link?
How do I request support with features of this site that don't seem to work as intended?

Hi Will, what problems are you having?  What browser and browser version are you using? 07/03/2011

I'm just a bit confused why I intermittently don't see ratings for my lists of films on my movie lists pages.

At the moment there are no ratings displayed, and therefore no way to rate films on two of my lists:
and

But there are ratings visible for my third list: http://www.filmcrave.com/ profile_view_lists.php?id =7108&list=35350

Last week, there were definitely ratings visible for one of the first two lists, and not for the other.

This happens in both Chrome 12 and Firefox 5.

You are unable to rate the movies directly on those list pages because the number of films in your list exceeds 100 movies.  The average home computer cannot handle more than 100 star rating widgets on a page at one time.  This isn't anything we can control, we have to work with the limitations of browsers running java script.  This is by design on our end to accommodate a smooth running website.  You can either split your list or click on each movie and rate it from the movie information page. There's always more than one way to skin a cat. 07/04/2011

Okay, thanks for the explanation. Could the website make it more clear to users what's happening? It could even go in the FAQ.

If I go through and add a lots of films by clicking on the very useful (-) button in the autocomplete search bar, then there's no quick way to rate the ones I've just added.

Will you could go to the movie you want to add to your list and rate that movie, as Nick says. 07/04/2011

Okay, I'll give that a try.
So after that, how do I find all the films in one of my lists that I've given 5 stars, for example?

Would it not be possible to display a static version of the ratings for very long lists like this? Users wouldn't be able to change their ratings, but would still be able to view them. This could resolve the javascript resources issue.

We have added the static rating of the movie on longer lists.  Enjoy! 07/26/2011
