The Oscar Nominations will be announced shortly, but before we get in to the big films of the awards season, let's take time to honor the other end of the spectrum. There was no shortage of bad films this year - so much that the 37th Annual Razzies expanded their regular five nominations to six in many categories. Zoolander 2 and Batman v Superman led the way (with 9 and 8 nominations respectively) and, in keeping with tradition, the awards will be handed out the day before the Oscars on Feb. 25.

Here is the full list of nominations:

Zoolander No. 2

Henry Cavill / Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Robert  de Niro / Dirty Grandpa

Shailene Woodley / Divergent Series: Allegiant

WORST SUPPORTING ACTRESS
Julianne Hough / Dirty Grandpa
Kate Hudson / Motherís Day
Aubrey Plaza / Dirty Grandpa
Jane Seymour / Fifty Shades of Black
Sela Ward / Independence Day: Resurgence
Kristen Wiig / Zoolander No. 2

WORST SUPPORTING ACTOR
Nicolas Cage / Snowden
Johnny Depp / Alice Through the Looking Glass
Will Ferrell / Zoolander No. 2
Jesse Eisenberg / Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Jared Leto / Suicide Squad
Owen Wilson / Zoolander No. 2

WORST SCREEN COMBO
Ben Affleck & His BFF (Baddest Foe Forever) Henry Cavill / Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Any 2 Egyptian Gods or Mortals / Gods of Egypt
Johnny Depp & His Vomitously Vibrant Costume / Alice Through the Looking Glass
The Entire Cast of Once Respected Actors / Collateral Beauty
Tyler Perry & That Same Old Worn Out Wig / BOO! A Medea Halloween
Ben Stiller and His BFF (Barely Funny Friend) Owen Wilson / Zoolander No. 2

WORST DIRECTOR
Dinesh DíSouza and Bruce Schooley / Hillaryís America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party
Roland Emmerich / Independence Day: Resurgence
Tyler Perry / BOO! A Medea Halloween
Alex Proyas / Gods of Egypt
Zack Snyder / Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Ben Stiller / Zoolander  No. 2

WORST PREQUEL, REMAKE, RIP-OFF  or SEQUEL
Alice Through the Looking Glass
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice: Dawn of Justice
Fifty Shades of Black
Independence Day: Resurgence
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows
Zoolander No. 2

WORST SCREENPLAY
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Dirty Grandpa
Gods of Egypt
Hillaryís America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party
Independence Day: Resurgence
Suicide Squad

Based on the nominations, Batman v Superman is likely to walk away with more than a few awards, but I really hope that walking conservative propoganda and fear-monger Dinesh D'Souza and Hillary's America is "honored" as well.

Razzie "Winners"

It turns out that voters really hate Dinesh D'Souza (for good reason) as Hillary's America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party took home the honors for:

Worst Picture

Worst Actor (for Dinesh D'Souza as himself)

Worst Actress (For Becky Turner as Hillary Clinton)

Worst Director (For D'Souza and Bruce Schooley)

It also turns out the morose and boring Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was another heavy target as it took the honors for:

Worst Screenplay

Worst Prequel, Remake, Rip-Off or Sequel

Worst Supporting Actor (Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor)

Worst On-Screen Duo (Ben Affleck and his BFF - Baddest Foe Forever, Henry Cavill)

The only award not to go to either of those two films was

Worst Supporting Actress (Kristin Wiig as Alexanya Atoz in Zoolander 2).

For what it's worth, I still think Independence Day: Resurgence should have "won" worst Remake, Prequel, etc. - simply because of what a huge let-down it was. I was expecting Batman v Superman to be underwhelming based on Man of Steel.
