The Amazing spider man is very nice movie. I watched this movie 3-4 times. Lot of action seen in this movie. This is better from Spidermans movies. I think this is best 2012 hollywood movie. |

He's not big enough, but I'm kind of hoping Kingpin shows up. I just hope they pick someone new - even if Green Goblin seems like the obvious choice. |

I know quite a bit about Spider-Man lore, but I can't even fathom a guess as to who the mysterious figure in the end credits was. I've been mulling over it and all I can come up with is that he must have strong ties to Oscorp and Peter Parker's father. That's it. The fact that he entered and left the prison cell without anyone seeing him only adds to the mystery. |

This movie easily smashed the Tuesday opening record and apparently the studio is already announced this will be turned into another trilogy. I thought they did a good job with casting - though I did feel the villain was a bit on the weak side. Now that they have the origin story out of the way (again) I hope they take this in a different direction than the original trilogy. The post-credits scene suggests they have someone in mind for the future, though who it is hasn't been revealed. I'm not a huge comic fan, so other that the main villains we have seen, I don't know who could show up in future installments.
Anyone with knowledge care to guess who they will introduce in the next films as the main villain(s)? |
