I mean, the movie has got some cool ideas in terms of this power drug and the superhero-like abilities it can have on you, but the overall execution was lacking, which made this so forgettable.

None of the three main characters in "Project Power" feel like they belong in the same movie. That's because, much like the premise, their lives and stories never fully form or come together cleanly.
