A journalism student vesting London is approached by a ghost who gives her the scoop of her life relating to an aristocrat she is falling in love with.
I was pleasantly surprised with this comedy as it was funny, charming, and a good mystery. It was a little cheesy at time and didn't quite explain everything well enough, but still recommended to Allen and Comedy fans.
Virtually luagless, boring comedy; Woody Allen is more annoying than anything here, but Scarlett Johansson is spunky enough to keep one watching and Ian McShane has some delicious moments. A must to avoid for anyone who doesn't already love Woody Allen. Final Grade: C
I only give my points for Hugh Jackman and Scarlett Johansson but the story was so boring and weird. This wasn't a funny comedy in my opinion. Hmm...usually all Woody Allen movies I've seen are a bit strange and I don't undestand his humor so much. Not that I even remember his movies. Well, in this film I actually didn't hate Woody Allen. I skipped some parts near the end because I'm too busy to watch something I don't like.
