Rating of

Likeable heist movie made in Bill Murray's transitional period between comic and character actor. Clever with some good laughs and Murray is his enjoyably sardonic self.

Rating of

An episodic, but hilarious jaunt through the city of new york as three bank robbers attempt to escape the confines of the metropolis; Bill Murray, Geena Davis and Randy Quaid give good comedic performances and are aided nicely by Jason Robards and small roles from Tony Shalhoub, Jamey Sheridan, Phil Hartman, Stanley Tucci, Victor Argo and especially Philip Bosco as a blustery, by-the-book bus driver who won't take a hundred dollar bill instead of exact change. It's a quaint, underrated comedy that gets better every time I see it. Final Grade: B+
