One of my favoritte French films starring Suzy Delair the singer as Jenny L'amour, nightclub singer and inadvertent mischief maker. A very charming murder mystery musical from Henri-Georges Clouzot. I enjoy the soundtrack as well. Probably his most sophisticated film.

Enjoyable comic mystery with good characterizations; uneven at times, but HG Clouzot weaves an intriguing web nonetheless. Final Grade: B+
