If you were a kid and a fan of Pokemon, then this movie pretty much did it for you. Anyone who has no interest in the brand whatsoever won't find anything to like about it, though.

Action: 1/3 + Comedy: 0/2 + Good vs Evil: 1/1 + Love/Sex: 0.5/1 + Special Effects: 0/1 + Plot: 1/1 + Music: 0/1 = 3.5/10 or 35%. Mewtwo, an artificially created Pokemon by the sinister Team Rocket, gathers top pokemon trainers to battle his genetically altered pokemon team. Nothing in this sustains interest and for the cartoon to become such a dominant force in children's entertainment, just ask Nintendo, simply adds confusion because one will not understand the phenomenon or attraction from this film. Disappointing and outright boring.
