It's an excellent western. Who ever said there are no good Kevin Costner movies deserves to be hanged at noon.

Man, I wish westerns were like they used to be. Costner and Duvall are both great actors but I question why they chose this project. To me, a western is a gunfighters territory - times are tough and life is not all that fun. Oh well.
