Interesting... two actress to act the same character, complex and unpredictable.

Bunuel's last film. It's amazing how much trouble he was given, so he had to use two actresses for this film. Carole Bouquet bailed him out. And Bunuel makes it seem that using two actresses for the one role was his intention. No one else could have pulled it off. Rewatching this film solidified it as one of my favorite films.
