A standard spots movie Period. I am a sports nut as someone who loves sport this is a great movie makes you feel like you are there or where their. However if you do not like sports this "inspiring" movie will do nothing for you.
Miracle is a good uplifting sports movie. It follows the formula for this kind of movie, despite being based on a true story. Its a fun movie with some good sport sequences in it.
A fantastic movie about the 1980 Olympic hockey team. When my husband I are trying to decide what DVD to watch from our collection I can always be convinced to watch this one. I don't know what it is that keeps drawing me back to this wonderful movie.

Call me sentimental, but Miracle, being the feel-good Disnified version of a "true" story, is still pretty good. As sports films go, I won't rank it among my favorites, but it's quite uplifting and a good choice for families.
People telling me that this movie is really inspiring did not lie. They inspired me to never watch a true story based on an actual sporting event. A major let down but if you are a sports movie fan, the end result will not let you down.
