If there's one thing I can say about this film, it's that it's original. Chiwetel Ejiofor disappears into a hyper-realistic role that manages to find a satisfying heart amid some silly comedy.

Kinky Boots is a fun movie starring the versatile Chiwetel Ejiofor. The forced plot is that a young man wants to save his dad's boot factory and that they must reinvent themselves to stay alive or lay off lots of people and pretty much destroy the livelihood or everyone in the town. Recommended for those who like British comedies.

Very funny and surprisingly touching. The characters are fantastic. It is great seeing Lola's strength in the face of adversity. Chiwetel Ejiofor is fantastic as Lola and really makes the movie. Kinky Boots is a great movie that I would highly recommend.
