Smart and well-timed slapstick humor makes this one of my favorite gems from the 80's that no one seems to have heard of. The dark, somewhat off-beat humor reminds me of Beetlejuice, another 80's flick I loved. Peter O'Toole is excellent as the down-on-his-luck and somewhat suicidal owner of the Irish Castle Plunkett. As usual, Guttenberg brings his quirky but charming brand of comedy to this movie.
