A rare team-up that probably less effective like Rush Hour or Shanghai-Noon. Steven Seagal was really hot then so directors that wanted his aikido skills to be put on screen just gave him a call. He would have been more successful if his acting evolved. You have artists such as Bruce Willis, Stallone and even Jet Li (thought his English needs work). It was entertaining then, unfortunately it doesn't stand the test of time. The Glimmer Man becomes a glimmer because of its lack of purpose and direction.

This movie is funny and has some good action scenes. Wayans and Seagal make a great team for this kinda movie.

Watching late-90s Seagal starts to get painful around this time. Earlier Seagal films weren't that good, but at least they were fun to watch. The more dramatic he tried to get, the worse it looked on screen.
