Wacky set of stories told by different directors. I found each story to be better than the previous.

Even if the four stories vary in terms of quality, it's worth it for Tarantino's contribution alone. A kind of black comedy that sometimes tries too hard, but it still worth to watch.

Clever, eccentric comedy poking fun at classic folklore. It is over-the-top as is typical of Tarantino.

An Incredibly Laborious Exercise in Boredom

This film is an incredibly goofy and laborious exercise in boredom. The first segment, "The Missing Ingredient" is by far the worst. It is so painstakingly dull and lacks any intrigue what so ever. The performances are incredibly unconvincing and the entire segment does not fit into the film as a whole. What a joke.

The second segment, "The Wrong Man" is almost as bad, featuring egregious use of the word "cock" while reusing the mistaken identity gag.

The third segment, "The Misbehavers" is somewhat funny and is the best of the four segments. It prominently features cringe humor, but is incredibly ridiculous and simply not believable.

And the fourth segment, "The Man from Hollywood" is far too long. The viewer has to wait over twenty minutes for the big payoff while t...
