One of those slow, somber indie dramas that's all about character examination and mixing their distraught feelings with the perception of the world through visuals. I usually dig this style of film. I didn't dig this one in particular, though. The free-flowing meandering narrative never came together in an engrossing way, for me. We spend most of the time watching our lead encounter new situations and having some varied over emotion driven response. We finally find out the past ailment that has caused his behavior by the end of the film. The personal reveal lacked the emotional resonance that it strived for.
