A very familiar storyline about two erstwhile enemies learning mutual respect after being forced together to survive. Lou Gossett's daft lizard make-up may put some off, but it's quite well done while they are alone together; it gets rather less convincing during the inevitable sci-fi action climax. |

Enemy Mine is unique by being a totally story and character centered sci-fi. That being said it dos have some action and a lot of being deserted so don't expect anything fast paced. Personally, I love the slow pace, which allows you to really love the characters and get involved in their story. Fantastic. |

A sci-fi gem that is often overlooked by others with snazzier effects. What Enemy Mine has is heart and soul, often missing in many sci-fi films. It might not be considered a classic, but it probably should be. |
