A young, professional couple think they have found the perfect Brooklyn home - a duplex shared with only a kindly old lady. Soon after moving in, though, the kind old lady turns out to be a distraction and nuisance and as she becomes more unbearable, they think of ways to get rid of her for good. -- Chris aka Tarkin
