Goldie Hawn is pretty good in this otherwise tiresome mystery-melodrama. John Heard is good when he has to be obviously evil but is kind of wooden when he has to make-believe the charm and affection.

Goldie Hawn plays Adrienne, a successful, attractive New York art restorer who meets Mr. Right (a successful artifact dealer played byJohn Heard).They impetuously tie the knot and their marriage is everything she hoped it would be. He is a devoted husband and father until Mr. Right suddenly and mysteriously dies. In the days that follow Adrienne discovers her husband wasn't who she thought he was... and has been leading a double life all this time. All in all, a decent movie and I was intrigued enough to watch Goldie unravel the mystery of her husband's identity.
