A general's daughter who is about to lead Burma to democracy stands strong with her British husband on her back.
Wow! What a powerful film left unnoticed this year. Film like this usually bore viewers but this particular picture of a lady and her man definitely feed both your heart and soul. What I like about the film is that it did not focus on Aung San Suu Kyi alone but also to her husband who undoubtedly a big part of her struggle despite the distance of these two lovers.
Actors performed well that I think I was able to grasped the real emotion of these icons.
Also, a job well done by Taken writer Luc Besson. He should direct more and more films like this.
