Series of homicides and murders bring a detective and a cop to work together and solve the mystery of these killings in the fields of Texas.
After seeing The Debt, I looked forward seeing Sam Worthington and Jessica Chastain on a drama, but obviously, this movie landed inferior to most crime drama produced recently. I know this is based, or at least "inspired by" a true story, but I should say, the story isn't good or essential enough to work well on the screen. If anything could save this film, it would probably more on Chloe Moretz and the rest of the characters who deserve more screen time than the women, the suspects, and etc of that haunted town. This movie is kinda wasted.
