This movie is set parallel to the series (and thus you need not have watched the series first, or even at all to enjoy it). Spike Spiegal and his unlikely companions are bounty-hunters traveling the solar system in search of their next big score. However, this time they've stumbled upon a psychopath hell-bent on wiping out the world with a new radical virus. With a great sound track and spot-on voice acting (both English and Japanese), this is a great example of why Anime can be so entertaining.

Like the wildly poplular series, Cowboy Bebop succeeds in mixing action with music and creating the perfect blend. Whether you're a fan of the series or not, this is a fun movie.

If you like the series you will love this movie. Like usual the music and attention to detail is far above most anime.
