About on par with most zombie-esque films - more in common with 28 Days Later than Night of the Living Dead. An outbreak occurs, people go crazy mad and start biting, spreading things and a bunch of people hole up in an apartment complex. Some live, most die - an okay entry in the genre, but nothing that hasn't been done before.
