Masher and Rival Masher try to assist a lady in a water filled street. A cop carried the lady off and eventually gets in a heated argument. Charlie Chaplin aids the lady while the rival calls a cop. The 15minute flick was not that entertaining though you can see the talents of Chaplin. The lack of information in a silent film doesn't help either. Between Showers is worth a view of how earlier comedies of film were created.
