Plot: The adolescent angst continues in this teen horror sequel based on Lois Duncan's Last Summer series of books, centering on a Fourth of July prank gone horribly wrong. When a harmless joke balloons into a deadly tragedy, wary friends vow to take their secret to the grave. But for some of them, the grave comes much sooner than they expected.

It's not good, but I liked it more than the first two films. The twist at the end wasn't bad.
