Plot: Roger Smith is overjoyed at the birth of his twin sons, Dick and Adlai. Unfortunately, Dick is kidnapped at the hospital and raised by evil thugs. Years later the loathsome Dr. Slag plans to turn Tromaville into a toxic wasteland and it is up to Adlai to save the day.
