I think you really have to be a fan of Joan Rivers to enjoy this documentary. It's a year in the life of Joan, as she tries to become relevant again in a time that's willing to forget her. We see Joan talk about her past success and her playing to dirty, low attended comedy clubs, all the way to her comeback from appearing on Celebrity Apprentice. While sometimes it's interesting to see old footage or get her historical perspective on things, too often than not she comes across as a spoiled snob who's desperately trying to hold on to her fame. When she makes a toast at Thanksgiving and says "I'm so thankful that a limo gets to pick me up everyday" I had had just about enough. Strictly for fans.
