Offspring was definitely way more about the guts & gore then anything else so if you like gross out flicks, You'll like Offspring

The best film to come out of the straight-to-DVD Ghost House collection. It's like this generation's 'Cannibal Holocaust '. This is the second adaptation of a Jack Ketchum novel that I've seen. I hope they make more movies out of his works.
