Nowhere Boy

Being a Beatles fan, I enjoyed this movie. However, I felt more like I was just watching a movie about a guy named John Lennon, than a movie about THE John Lennon. There really isn't all that much music in it, their version of "In Spite of All the Danger" is awesome.
It would have been nice if the movie went into a little more detail about his friendship with Paul, but I think the point of this movie was to really explore John's relationship with with his mother and Aunt Mimi.
No, they're not Beatles look-alikes (and when we first see George, he looks like a creepy pervert or something), but I didn't get hung up on that all, as some people seemed to (although, if you look up a picture of Paul at around 15, you'll see that the guy who plays him isn't far off!).

Great tribute to Mr Lennon

John Lennon needs no introduction. He is known worldwide as one of the most influential singers and songwriters ever to grace this Earth. “Nowhere Boy” gives us a glimpse of where this amazing man came from and who and what made him who he became and does so in an interesting and enjoyable way.
