Surprisingly good sequel. There is some awesome hard-hitting action in this one. The abundance of actual stunt work involving hand-to-hand brawling, gunplay, and explosions is just refreshing to see again. It's all staged and directed so well that the lack of an interesting story doesn't really matter here. The main driving force of the movie is the action and it delivers. Best of the series.
