Plot Outline:

Four friends have just graduated high school in the college town of Bloomington, IN. The wealthier college crowd refers to them as "cutters" - the local middle-class townies and generally look down upon them. Yet one of their group, Dave, is obsessed with Italian cycling, to the point where he acts Italian - much to the consternation of his friends and parents. Getting involved with a college girl causes trouble - but when he learns the Italian cycling team is coming to town - he will stop at nothing to race his idols. -- Chris Kavan
