A rather lame sequel to Planet Of The Apes in which a one man rescue team (useful) happens to land in exactly the same place just after Taylor left (handy) and wanders around asking people where he is. A lot. It gets better when Hest reappears (although this is virtually at the end), but it's just so pointless.

Presents some interesting ideas, but whatever social commentary it contains gets lost amid the plot. Just an okay sequel. Though, I have to give it recognition for it's ballsy bleak ending that could've stopped the series right there.
