In the final stages of a NATO peacekeeping mission in Bosnia in December 1995. A Navy navigator is shot down over enemy territory and is ruthlessly pursued by a secret police enforcer and the opposing troops. An ineffective thriller that has neither compelling characters or well-executed action. It's muddy and murky and Owen Wilson is miscast as an action hero.
