I watched it on Superbowl Sunday one year and actually thought it was more exciting than the superbowl.

A brutal, sometimes exciting, well-acted portrait of professional football. I think this film properly captures the competition and wheeling and dealing that takes place behind the scenes. Jamie Foxx is fantastic, also.

The movie is almost as boring as watching football in real life. The most interesting part of the movie is when LL and Jamie Foxx had their feud which was a real life feud.

But you only learn that when you start losing stuff. You find out life's this game of inches...Between living and dying! I'll tell you this - in any fight, it's the guy who's willing to die who's gonna win that inch. And I know if I'm going to have any life anymore, it's because I'm still willing to fight and die for that inch. Because that's what living is!" Any Given Sunday is a good sports drama with a few lessons to boot coupled wi...
