Vincent Price oozes sleaziness and cunning as the wily con man James Reavis who did in real life try to swindle the whole state of Arizona from the US government. Even funnier, he almost succeeded. It's an interesting western that's more of a crime caper than an action/adventure story. Price excels and carries this movie entirely.
