A clumsy comedy with annoying music, painfully unfunny pratfalls, lame forced sight gags and poor timing; with inept spies, inept geniuses, and inept generals in the mix, it's no surprise that the smartest character in the whole movie is Vladimir the Dog. Day, Lynde and especially DeLuise (in his film debut) are awful. Final Grade: D-
