A cocky, looser like super hero who has been living under a rock lately finally brings himself back to reality when he starts dating the wife of his publicists. Much like like super man, he has super strength, super flying ability, and super intelligence. What he does not use is his heart. He has no motivation to continue to help the world until a special event happens.

Hancock

Hancock is a fun ride, filled with a few good laughs but basically a borrowed story(superman) and plenty of borrowed action scenes. I like peter berg's movies, I like that he knows how to tell a story and delivers good visuals in his films. I like Will Smith, i think he's a good actor, but it bothers me that most of his films rely to much on special effects, judging from his other work (The Pursuit of Happiness, Ali.), he's capable of making good films, I'd like to see more of those. With that said, I think his performance is good and is a lot of fun to watch. Charlize Theron and Jason Bateman are good too. better luck next time Will Smith

By far the worst movie my husband and friends made me go see with them in the summer of 2008. I thought this movie was dumb and far fetching. I love Will Smith, but I have to question what he was thinking when he signed up to do this movie. Take out the 'stars' in this movie and you have a movie that is just a pile of crap....or wait this movie might just be a pile of crap as is.

Skip It

The movie started off very good. Then it got sloppy. This might sound like a good idea on paper, but on screen it was dreadful. Wheres the story? Wheres the connection? Wheres the heart? Out of all the movies that I seen in 2008, this is one of the worst. Will Smith and Charlize Theron can find way better material than this.

Will Smith is the man

Like everyone else I really enjoyed the first half of the movie. It got really stupid once you find out the connection between Smith and Theron. However, Will Smith just can't go wrong in any movie. He draws you into the screen no matter how bad the script or movie.
