Plot Outline:

Larry the Cable Guy stars as a small town sheriff who believes that he has witnessed a kidnapping, when in reality they were FBI agents sent to protect her. She appears to be a key witness in the ENRON case. He thinks that the problem is over but by the end his is left in a mix up of protecting a key witness against several outfits.
