Plot: In New Grenada, a desert community, the adults look to attract industry to their town while completely neglecting their children. With only a Rec center (that closes at 6 pm), the kids are soon taking part in petty crime to pass the time. When a cop shoots a teen brandishing an unloaded gun - the town gathers to discuss their children's lawlessness, only to find the kids have had enough. -- Chris Kavan
