Plot: A retired and now-blind journalist lives with his daughter and writes crossword puzzles. One night he overhears a strange conversation by two men parked in front of the Terzi Institute - a medical facility. When a break-in occurs resulting in a death, he investigates further, and recruits a reporter to help. Dario Argento directs this mystery-thriller with flair to spare. But the movie suffers from any actual suspense or even intrigue to the plot. The kills are not that creepy and the conspiracy propelling all these other crimes is underwhelming. Karl Malden tries to liven things up as a blind amateur sleuth.
