Lovely film about a neurotic woman named Zoe (played by Karen Black) whose husband has just left her. On a meander down Manhattan streets, she meets the equally quirky, vitamin-obsessed and unmarried-for-years Ian (Michael Emil) and a very interesting relationship ensues. Black and Emil are hilarious as they navigate the choppy waters of love. Good supporting performances by Michael Margotta, Martin Harvey Friedberg and Francis Fisher.
And I still can't get the theme song out of my head. |
