Plot Outline:
An emigrant during prohibition climbs up the chain of command in the mob business to become a ruthless gangster only to be brought down by what brought him to the top.
Despite its similarities to the 80's version, this one is not as good (thankfully not as long though), and not as detailed. I still kind of like seeing the differences. I can see what could have been and the reason for a remake.
