Nice, although not as good as the book. Also, the movie cuts off in the middle of where the book is, but still!

Sweet film about a poor family

An effective film about a poor family living in Brooklyn. It is a film where you get to know the family well and understand their characters well. Its sweet, heart warming and heart breaking all at the same time. I liked how the film liked and I like the effective background music that you can always here like it is coming through the window. The story is interesting and you want to follow it. I did not find a single problem with the film everyone was good in the film especially

Oscar win James Dunn Best Supporting Actor 6- James Dunn is the best part of the movie and the character and the way Dunn plays him is incredible.
