A great and thrilling film, but I must admit that I was disappointed after all the hype. Dark and intriguing, Se7en is at times slow, but the final half hour is more than satisfying enough for the whole movie. Kevin Spacey is amazing.

I had to lower my original rating from 3.5 to a 3, I just watched this movie and it's good, but not as good as I remembered it. This just goes to show that Kevin Spacy is wonderful. He makes the film as the creepy John Doe.

One of the most well done and smart movies. I can only hope to aspire to this kind of greatness one day. The actors were also good too.

The brilliance behind this movie is that you don't know where it is taking you. You have the same info that the cops have and you don't know what is going to happen. How do you find a killer that does everything in his power not to be found including misleading you in every direction? This movie was very well played, Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman make a great team, and their supporting actors really keep this movie flowing. This one will keep you wondering what will happen right until the end.

While not as good a Fight Club, it is still an incredible movie and that is saying something. Pitt and Freeman work well together, but what makes this movie so damn good is Spacy. If you have not seen it, you need to. You'll like it.

My favorite horror films work on the pyschological level. It's not something you see - it's something you imagine. Because what your mind can make up is truly scarier than anything that can be put on film. Se7en is spectacular on that level
