Yeah this movie is not very good, but I expected it to be worse. There's a fight scene with a metal sea monster that's kind of neat. And some of the costumes and sets look cool. But the movie is very silly. Brigitte Nielsen is believable in the fight scenes but she's a bad actress. Arnold Schwarzenegger is just playing a Conan clone. Sandahl Bergman seems like she's having fun as the villain. For some reason, Red Sonja has a child sidekick and his servant who are both superfluous.

What a crappy movie. this movie fails to be epic or Bad-ass, the acting is one of the worst and the characters was forgettable in the movie. the visual effect's was bad everything about this movie was pretty Bad.

Brigitte Nielsen turns in one of the most wooden, characterless performances in history in a stupid sword and thongfest kept watchable only by Arnie's appearance as a Conan wannabe.
