Constant conflict between evil natured adults and a purposefully mean kid. The only likable sane person is Ritter. A few laughs, but not all that amusing.

I don't care what people say, I was a kid when this came out and I still didn't like it. Just like Drop Dead Fred - I guess you have to be of a certain disposition to enjoy it, and that disposition is not me.
