At first it's a funny movie and at the end it becomes in drama. It's about a typical high american school, I think it try to show about how anyone can discover the weakly side to another and take advantage about.

I quite enjoyed this movie for many reasons. I have love Evan Rachel Wood ever since seeing her in Thirteen, dark comedies are always interesting, it was very unpredictable, and the many twists kept me guessing. Some of the scenes were contrived, but other than that Pretty Persuasion is an alright movie.

Critics hated this movie for some reason, but I found it really enjoyable. Sure, it tried too hard to please but that's what I appreciate about it. What came out of it was a darkly comic movie about vengeance mixed with commentaries about the media. Evan Rachel Wood is perfect playing a cold hard bitch.

I can't help loving Evan Rachel Wood and watching her terrible films. Great fake French accent though.
